On behalf of our Clients, a Prominent Global Industrial/Manufacturing Company, we are looking for Process Manager.
This position reports to Technical Director in HQ, coordinates their operation with product line team (business and market strategy), supply chain and quality department in Regional Office. The position will be working single-handedly as it will be based on the site along with Indonesian company. Candidate will have to define and implement processes in the first stage (facility implementation) and to improve them continuously. He/She will also be responsible in quality, sampling, and new processes for new product implementation.
Sidoarjo (Jawa Timur), Surabaya (Jawa Timur)
- Manage technically a complex project in high performances RFID Solutions which involve production machines, IT Solutions, Chip encoding and facilities environment setup;
- Following up the project during installations, deployment, ramp up, and on-going operations;
- Capable to manage process improvements and quality in collaborate with local team, as to provide efficient reporting to management;
- Capable to manage new process development in collaborate with local team;
- Ensure best collaboration between Indonesian and European partnerships;
- Perform project management, including scheduling and cost optimization.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Material Science), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
- Have good working knowledge oriented RFID cards and/or inlays manufacturing industry is mandatory;
- Have at least 10 years relevant experience in the industrial process;
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa is mandatory;
- Good experience in Microsoft Office as well as industrial machines software;
- Experience in Project Management
- Self driven, flexible, committed and highly adaptable work in multi-cultural and fast pace environment;
- Strong and proven leadership track record but also a dynamic team player;
- Accommodative, detail and result oriented, and good in ownership and sense of responsibility & urgency;
- Willing to be based in Sidoarjo and Surabaya, Indonesia.

- Max 35 years old, Bachelor degree from marketing, management, business, IT or other related field
- Willing to work in Sidoarjo, East Java
- Min. 3 years experience in sales & marketing
- Able to obtain appointments with key executives at the coprporate partner
- Self-starter experience getting going with little supervision
- Having excellent communication skills (verbal and written), presentation skill and negotiation skill
- Highly energetic and able to effectively handle stressful situations in a professional manner
- Able to establish long lasting relationships with clients
- Excellent time management skills
- Able to determine which opportunities to walk away from
- Ability to establish cross-functional teams to fulfill customer needs
- The ability/willingness to travel - domestic and international, as required
- Excellent computer literate
